Dear Parents/Guardians:

I have attached a copy of the Kinnelon Public School District's Computer Network and Internet Acceptable Use Policy (link below) that was approved at the August 25, 1997 Board of Education meeting and the Student Contract and Parent Permission Form which must be signed by you and your child.

Please read the policy, sign the form in the appropriate places and return the form to the classroom teacher at Kiel and Stonybrook homeroom teacher at Pearl R. Miller; and the principal's office at Kinnelon High School.

No student shall be allowed to use the computer network and the Internet unless he/she has submitted the consent form signed by the student and his/her parent(s) or guardian(s). If you have any questions concerning the policy, please call your child's principal.
